Itinerary

Day 01 Saigon - Cai Be - Can Tho - Long Xuyen (L/D)
Get picked up at Hotel Saigon. Depart from Ho Chi Minh City via coach and head towards Can Tho, the lively hub of the Mekong Delta. Make a stop at the charming riverside town of Cai Be for lunch at the elegant Le Longanier Restaurant, surrounded by lush fruit trees by the river.

Board the Victoria Mekong Cruise at Victoria Can Tho Pier at 04:00 PM. Take some time to acquaint yourself with the ship as it sets sail towards Long Xuyen, and enjoy watching the sunset over the Hau River. Delight in a traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music performance called “Đờn Ca Tài Tử” with a cocktail in hand. As night falls, gather for a welcome dinner to officially kick off your journey aboard the Victoria Mekong Cruise, accompanied by onboard entertainment activities.
Overnight near Long Xuyen.

Day 02 Long Xuyen - Tiger Island - Vam Nao (B/L/D)
Relax and savor breakfast as the ship heads towards the provincial capital of Long Xuyen. Take a tender boat ride to experience the captivating Long Xuyen floating market and explore the An Giang Museum, which showcases intriguing exhibits on Kinh, Chinese, Khmer, and Cham cultures in the region.

While you enjoy lunch onboard, the ship will continue sailing before anchoring near Tiger Island. Head ashore by sampan and explore Tiger Island via a 3-wheeled "xe loi", discovering cottage industries like plant pot making and incense making. Visit a spot locally known as "Mr. Tiger's Temple" and learn the story behind the island's name. Return to the ship in time for a cocktail competition and the evening's entertainment.
The ship keeps cruising to Vam Nao, where we drop anchor and spend the night.

Day 03 Vam Nao - Tan Chau (B/L/D)
Start your day with another relaxed breakfast in Phu Tan, the provincial capital of An Giang in the Mekong Delta. Take a short trip ashore to visit a craft village renowned for crafting Ca Rang clay stoves. These stoves, used by southern Vietnamese for centuries, have a unique design that blocks wind, retains heat, and prevents ash from scattering.

After lunch onboard, hop on a local rickshaw to explore the nearby market and a vibrant temple, which holds significance as the spiritual hub for local residents. Return to the ship in time for a traditional Vietnamese lion dance, followed by dinner and evening entertainment.
Overnight in Tan Chau.

Day 04 Tan Chau - Phnom Penh (B/L/D)
As the ship sets sail towards the Cambodia-Vietnam border, kick off the day with some early morning exercise on the Sky Deck, then enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the restaurant. Afterwards, you can choose from various onboard activities like a ship tour, a mini-golf tournament, or simply take in the scenery as we cross into Vietnam from Cambodia.

We arrive late afternoon in the delightful capital of Phnom Penh, once hailed as the "Pearl of the Orient" for its French colonial architecture, tree-lined streets, and picturesque riverfront promenade. Before dinner, join an engaging pre-dinner talk about Cambodia and pick up some basic Khmer phrases.
Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 05 Phnom Penh (B/L/D)
This morning, get on a three-wheeled cyclo to visit the grand Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda complex. Marvel at the intricately designed palace structures, the famous Silver Pagoda with its 5,000 silver floor tiles, and the stunning gold and jewel-adorned Buddha statues, which are considered national treasures. Then, take a stroll to the nearby National Museum, housed in a beautiful sandstone building, to see the largest collection of Khmer art in the world.

After lunch, we'll drive to Choeung Ek, one of the mass grave sites of the Killing Fields where the Khmer Rouge brutally executed over a million people between 1975 and 1979. Today, Choeung Ek serves as a memorial with a Buddhist stupa filled with skulls and bones to honor the victims. Later in the afternoon, relax at Raffles Hotel Le Royal and enjoy a signature cocktail at the famous Elephant Bar.

Return to the ship and enjoy a vibrant performance of Khmer Apsara dancing, with the opportunity to meet the performers afterward.

Day 06 Phnom Penh - Koh Chen - Koh Dach - Angkor Ban (B/L/D)
After breakfast, take a stroll through the village of Koh Chen, where the main attraction is meeting a local copper and silversmith. Then, hop on a coach to Oudong, the former capital of Cambodia, making a stop at the intriguing Vipassana Dhura Meditation Center. Enjoy lunch onboard the ship, then ride a three-wheeled tuk-tuk to Silk Island. Here, you'll discover the art of silk weaving, from the silkworm to the loom, and have the opportunity to watch local families weave the traditional Cambodian krama.

Day 07 Angkor Ban - Han Chey - Kampong Cham (B/L/D)
This morning, take a tour of Angkor Ban village, known for its wooden stilt houses and authentic local atmosphere. Have lunch onboard the Victoria Mekong as it cruises towards Wat Hanchey.
